Sew-Sew, Yay or No?

Ah, winter break. For a second, face planting onto the couch,  I thought I had "nothing to do". Then, I remembered the pile of large tees waiting for me to create something out of them!
I got to work on sewing a dress. I have a sewing machine, but I am not one for using technology if I don't have to. Yes, it probably took me at least ten times longer, but I sewed a dress by hand. It's different, and a bit more Cinderelly than I anticipated. It fits me well though, so either way I am internally at peace with myself for creating a functioning piece of clothing.
What do you think, wearable, or BLNT (better luck next time)? Comments are welcome! :)

Yes, the back is purposely diagonal, with a sort of bow where it gathers.

  1. OH MY GOSH! Olivia! You are so amazing! I really like it. At first I didn't really like the lighter blue part over the yellow, just because it looked like it fell awkwardly but looking at the entire dress, it is really cool. It is most definitely wearable.

  2. Olivia, you are a very talented young woman. Maybe a fashion designer in college?
